Oxygen Health and Social Care is a provision which gives support and accommodation for adults aged 18 years plus, who have been diagnosed with complex needs, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health with challenging behaviour.

We provide standalone apartments and community homes which enables our staff to support our residents with a range of mental health and emotional health challenges, specific to their needs. Our aim is to help others live as full a life as possible, and where achievable, to put individuals on the road to recovery.

Our service is open to all individuals regardless of their religious, cultural, ethnic and sexuality, we take pride in a giving a culturally and diversity rich service.

Our commitment is to provide care and support for each person based on their own needs. We take the person-centred methodology in all that we do.

Brett Plant has 22 years ‘in property’ and has featured in local and national press and TV. Brett has been a landlord those years, completed his first commercial to residential conversion in 2001. He has been working within the social housing and care sector of property since 2012.
He is a dynamic problem solver who has been involved in many successful social housing projects that would otherwise have been lost.

Amanda Kirk plays a huge roll in being highly organised and managing our growing portfolio of properties. As part of the Facilities management team at Vision Express she is used to quick responses and the importance of keeping staff and clients safe across all of our sites.

They are committed to quality and excellence and over exceed in our contracts. Our team are specialists within the social care sector.
