Hilltop, Eastwood, Nottingham Case Study

During 2018 to 2019 we will provide 19 homes on a developer led scheme. Providing the land with full planning permission, along with a full design and build contract for 19 homes for Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA). The configuration of the scheme is 15 x 2/3 bed houses and 4 x apartments with a mix use of shared ownership and social rent. Planning permission has been sought via Broxtowe Borough Council. We have worked closely with the vendor (The Police Authority), our chosen Housing Association partner and the local authority to design and deliver much needed affordable housing.
