Sellers Wood Drive Case Study

Former public house site on Sellers Wood Drive with planning permission for a 15 1 and 2 bed bungalows.

During 2017-2018 17 new build, over 55’s bungalows designed for a local authority and housing association on a developer led scheme. This scheme met the specific requirements of the chosen housing association and 17  bungalows were delivered. We secured the land, obtained full planning permission (from Nottingham City Council) and introduced the certified contractor to provide the design and build contract. We secured the site from the receivers after a failed development had gone wrong. We discussed viable schemes with our chosen HA with aim of designing a scheme to meet their specific needs.
