We identified this site in Irthlingborough through a commercial developer. That developer was creating retail and business premises to the front of the site. We then led the residential development to the rear of the site. Ourselves and the developer jointly designed the 20 affordable homes. Full planning permission was granted by East Northamptonshire Council and we introduced an acceptable construction company to complete the build.

The development consisted of 20 x 2/3 homes and met the needs of Nottingham Community Housing Association who went on to offer the finished development as a mix of shared ownership and affordable rent.
