Farnham Road, Loughborough Case Study

Brownfield site at Farnham Road in Loughborough with planning permission for 20, 2 and 3 bed starter homes.

During 2015 to 2016  we identified this site in Loughborough which was owned by a regional house builder. They wanted to sell the site as they had several large private schemes about to start. We approached our chosen housing association (East Midlands Homes) with existing scheme and design that had been approved by Charnwood Borough Council. The scheme met with their needs and they were happy to proceed. A contractor was then appointmented to deliver the scheme on a design and build contract.
